We offer comfortable, quick, and conservative restorative options to repair even the most flawed teeth. As a Clinical Assistant Professor in four dental residency programs, Dr. Brotman has been trained and has trained other dentists in creating fillings, dental crowns, and fixed bridges to repair or replace teeth, perfecting the form and function of your smile.
Are your jaw muscles sore or do you have headaches when you wake up? Do you have pain when moving your jaw? Other long term headaches or pain in your head or neck? Sharp unexplained pain in your face? Do you have clicking or grinding sounds in your jaws? You may have temporomandibular Joint dysfunction or other chronic pain. Dr. Brotman has served on the faculties of three university based facial pain centers for the past 24 years and can diagnose and help put the smile back on your face.
Almost any dentist can make bright white teeth. We can, too. What makes our results so different is that we make natural-looking smiles that can take years off your appearance. Our best results are patients whose best friends and spouses notice something different, but can’t quite tell why. Whether it’s the reshaping of a single tooth or repairing a mouth of worn down teeth, we want you to feel comfortable and confident with your new smile.
Insidious. Hazardous to your health. Leading cause of adult tooth loss. These are all descriptions of the same oral health problem – periodontal disease, which is a loss of the soft tissue and bone structure holding your teeth in your jaws. Along with gum disease or gingivitis, this pervasive oral health disorder affects more than 50% of adults over the age of 30. The best treatment for periodontitis and gingivitis, like for many oral health conditions, is prevention. If prevention is not effective, we offer therapies to renew oral health.
Dentistry is both an art and a science. There is often a difference of opinion among well educated dentists and there are often multiple ways to treat or manage a problem. We can help assure you that your treatment recommendations are scientifically sound, medically necessary and appropriate. Additionally, Dr. Brotman has also taught a full year course on Dental Management of Medically Compromised Patients. In some cases, dental treatment must be modified based on the patient’s overall health.
Our team knows it’s important to the families we treat to maximize their dental insurance coverage, and that is why we work with you to process and file claims. Our goal is to help you receive the benefits you’ve invested in!
